In the same vein as the class action against NVIDIA, this one is targeted at Meta (Facebook)
It's Ethan Klein vs Mark Zuckerburg. SUPER JEW VS SUPER JEW! WHO WILL PREVAIL? OY VEY!

Losers get sent to the gas chambers. So do the winners.

Beast fuck these AI companies and the illegal copyright abuse. I hope the Jew takes them for all his fellow Jew shekels. Ethan Klein. Is on ironically being funny again simply by fucking with AI companies and dirty subhuman Curry monkeys.

Good news everyone, in the spirit of Christmas our favorite, the new Messiah, Lex Jewthor, has blessed us with another Class Action Lawsuit.

Live long and prosper Ethan, so you may bless us with many more lawsuits.

See attached PDF for the complaint.

[EDIT] Ethan appears to have also filed ANOTHER Class Action against ByteDance Inc, likely for the same reasons. The court documents are not publicly available yet, so I can only speculate.

Everyone I hate is fighting
I love it

Zucker is a reptilian overlord. Gas means nothing to it.

>I've seen your content and it doesn't align with what I'm experiencing
Oh so you aren't broke and you were crying like a red faced pig on stream for funsies.

She should be forced to move back with her parents in the hellscape of the midwest so they can shame her for wearing a fuckin hijab when she's a basic white girl.
With our luck they would stone her to death, for parting ways from her customs, for the customs of the infidel west.

tbh I don't see Ethan winning this one. Not because of any actual reason other than Zuck has an entire tech company's legal team on his side, with the funds to go with it. Ethan is a rich Jew, but he's a rich Hollywood Jew. It pales in comparison to the kind of money that Techbro rich Jews have.

Not to side with the Hasan orbiting fags but Ethan can easily win against the piss ants like Denims and the like, but he may be biting the heels of a bigger dog this time. I hope he wins just so those fags can't say "he only wins" when fighting people lower than him.
Which is true, but I don't want to award those assholes a cope.

I think the Class Actions are aimed at driving discussions towards legislation regarding AI, and grabbing a big settlement from the companies.
Its not about setting precedent, its about getting paid for content used that should have been licensed.

Aiming for an actual protracted legal showdown would be delusional, so its not completely out of the world.

He is fishing for a settlement, which tells me he lost a lot of money to Ryan Kavanaugh and is trying to recoup it somehow.
There could be elements of a publicity stunt here but I don't see him profiting from settlement money. lawsuits are not cheap and I doubt any of the remaining defendants have good enough finances to feasibly pay him that much. Frogan is straight up broke, the snarkers are Reddit mods and Denims may have some money from onlyfans but I doubt she could pony up enough to offset both the current lawsuit and the bills from Kavanaugh. If Ethan's finances are in a bad spot a lawsuit is about the dumbest way imaginable to try and make a quick buck.

As for the AI lawsuits, corporate entities can fight back much harder than the former defendants. I doubt he'd be able to get more than "we'll pay your lawyer's fees and maybe a hundred grand or so to fuck off" and that's assuming the money isn't split between plaintiffs.

A settlement from poverty bums? The most he'll get is their GFMs. Frogan couldn't afford cat food.
I think he means from the AI companies. I disagree though, these companies are scraping so much data that if they show that they'll settle immediately then they're shooting themselves in the foot. So they'll make the process as difficult and unprofitable as they can. Banking on a settlement is a real long shot.

And I’m not sure if the exact details of the Kavanaugh settlement, but Pits for Piker claims that there was a $56,000 settlement lien. If h3 is struggling to pay $56,000 then they wouldn’t be doing stupid shit like hiring an old guy to wear pajamas and sleep on the set for a full episode which probably didn’t net them any kind of profit.

Especially since there's no real legal precedent(to my knowledge) around AI being trained on copyrighted material. The whole thing is uncharted territory.

I really don't think the lawsuits are a ploy for money for Ethan. A class action like this, where any settlement would be divided amongst a huge class (possibly hundreds of thousands of YouTube channels), is only profitable for the lawyers who get their 33% off the top first.

I think his lawyer (Rom Bar-Nassim) likely suggested it. They go do their little ritual together after the Kaceytron settlement (idk I'm not Jewish) and come up with a quid pro quo. Rom will handle the lawsuits free up front and get paid out of any settlement and get some of his golf buddies to join in as plaintiffs. Ethan gets to satisfy his new found bloodlust for lawfare and feel righteous against AI. They both might get a fat go away payment from the world's biggest companies, or maybe even set some interesting precedent when it comes to content scraping.

I do think something kind of snapped in Ethan's brain this year. After 5 years, he finally posted on his YouTube channel again. Jan 31 - Hasan Nuke, Mar 10 - Video about CPS call, Apr 20 - iDubbbz response, Jun 19 - Lawsuit announcement. He had two of his biggest collaborators completely turn on him, and got CPS and skulls at his home for it. Ethan is going to take this all the way to the end, whatever that end may be. Either way, I have my popcorn ready. 2026 is going to be the year of entertaining lawfare on levels we have never seen before.

Laws to forbid companies from scraping data is also going to be a double edged sword because it means the established ones will have no competition whatsoever. They can't just unscrape the data and make their LLMs unlearn what they already know.
It's just way too late. We've opened the pandora's box. There's no turning back.

AI companies already have enough power to influence US government policy. Unless Ethan can match that kind of spending power, I bet he'll lose by attrition. I find it hard to imagine a scenario (from my albeit limitied knowledge on lawfare) where Ethan doesn't get made a fool of, just like with Kavanaugh. He's had too many softball wins thrown his way by retards, he's about to go into the big leagues and he's gonna get his shit clapped.

I'd laugh my ass off if somehow his previous suit against Boldguy regarding fair use gets quoted as a precedent being set by him, that goes against what he's doing now.

It's funny, we didn't know who ShawnDaBlack was at first, thought he'd show up a little more prominently in Ian's or Hasan's orbit, but no we still don't know who he is or why he was there, lol. Most mysterious negro cameo.

I imagine if laws were established or passed to outlaw data scraping then any LLMs using scraped data would be outlawed moving forward. So any of these big AI companies who used scraped data would have to totally scrap their models and start over from a dataset of explicitly authorized content. It should be noted, some companies already do this, both to get ahead of potential legal issues and so they can brag about their AI models being ethically trained.

This sounds completely unenforceable and will put LLMs back a few years causing customer uproar.
Moreover, would countries like China give a shit about these rules? Nope.
The current administration doesn't even care. They're engaging in a one sided gay AI fued with China and they're looking to do some LLMmaxxing. They simply don't give a shit about any average person.
The future sucks. I know.

There must be some network that exclusively hires black streamers/youtubers and trains them to be the token black guy for online friend groups. Any popular creators that need some melanin added to their roster can be matched with someone that fits the specific political ideals of the channel. If there isn't, well, at least give me royalties if you end up making it.

That sounds very plausible. Ethan is not the kind of dipshit who would get a wild hair up his ass and decide to litigate with some of the most wealthy corporations on the planet without some assurance that he wasn't risking everything by doing it.

They would also probably be blatantly unconstitutional.
