I don't really think it will, because this would not be the first time reddit hands over information to identify users or their private communications due to a subpoena served as part of a civil case.

I was more thinking about section 230 protection for the platform itself, which shields Reddit from liability for things users do. It is the same protection that prevents Null from being held liable our retardation on KF. But if an actual employee of the company is involved in this, it could become a much bigger thing, because one could argue it is a systemic failure of the company to enforce the rules and prohibit illegal behavior, which could mean Reddit losing the 230 protection and being held liable directly.

Not gonna lie that sounds very unlikely.
I don't think Hasan has anything to do with everything all his spergs have done so far except signal-boosting them or defending their actions when the topic comes up on his stream.
