It's well established that crash/starvation diets don't work out how people want them, since it makes your body go into starvation mode which then causes it to start cannibalising your muscles to reduce how much energy it uses (as well as other issues like reducing bone density). I had a friend who did the insane diet that Beyoncé did where you starve yourself and when you feel ill you eat apple slices or something - it worked, she lost a load of weight, but she also lost all her muscle tone and was kinda skinny fat and so unhappy about the results.

Ozempic works by making you stop feeling hungry - and lots of people have mentioned forgetting to eat, or going a couple of days without eating and just drinking a protein shake. Unless you're really disciplined and force yourself to eat healthy balanced meals in small portions, it's just starvation dieting on easy mode. And we know Ethan doesn't have the discipline to do this properly, so he's probably doing something stupid like not eating and then just having donuts when he remembers.

That may still be healthier than remaining morbidly obese but it's a low bar, and without considering the known potential side effects (e.g. gastroparesis) and unknown health risks of Ozempic. Also even if Ethan Klein stops being fat I still would not have sex with him (and probably Hila wouldn't either)

I think you guys are wrong. I believe that is how it is marketed, that Ozempic simply curbs your appetite, and that the negative health effects are simply from extreme diet/fast. The side effects are much worse than what you would get from fasting. I think it seriously makes you retarded.

Many military units are not referred to as 'prestigious combat units'; that title is reserved for elite units like 'SEAL Team Six.'

There is no equivalent in Israel because their military hasn't engaged in significant conflicts. Launching missiles into Syria, knowing there won't be retaliation to avoid involving the US, or confronting individuals armed with primitive weapons like sticks and stones, doesn't contribute to serious combat experience.

Israel wasn't part of the combat operations in Iraq or Afghanistan.

The last significant conflict Israel was involved in was the 2006 Lebanon War, and their performance wasn't particularly impressive during that whole conflict.
