I don't think Ryan will just settle. This is definitely a case of fucking around and finding out for Ethan, as it is one thing to simply put up the site, be sued, and then be quiet and keep the site up, because you believed it fell under 1A. I do wonder what'll happen to Ethan. Feels like his career has been running on fumes for the past five years. I get that the podcast is a good earner for him, but it's a crowded market and he is a middling host (at best). Some of the earlier podcasts he did were poorly structured / researched, and he lacked the insight to read his guests - often causing awkwardness that just wasn't entertaining. They are better now, but still miles behind the competition. Ask anyone who Joe Rogan is you'll get positive answer. Ethan Klein / H3? Crickets.
