I'm making this thread because I'm dog tired of going to any fast food restaurant and they give you this shitty paper straw the dissolves in your drink, so now you're drinking your Coca-Cola with fucking cardboard mixed in. Worst part is that when you ask them to NOT give you the straw the sub-80 IQ crowd that works at these places do not comply. Jesus christ, do you have any examples of inconveniences in your life that originate from ESG boards?

Okay listen to me, I am not american. I have never set foot in the United States. In countries not called America they give you paper straws for everything. Even fucking juice boxes come with them.

I apologize for assuming you were a Californian. That is worse than any racial slur and I beg for your forgiveness.

In America, they never put the straw right in your drink at fast food places. Some restaurants do put it directly in, but those aren't as common anymore. Straws come wrapped up in paper on their own, except for milkshakes and boba tea that are served with extra-large special (plastic) straws:

Except for fast food milkshakes, of course, that should be served with large straws, but they aren't.

If your local area is adopting these things, it's your own stupid fault that you're not touring sloperaunts that still give them out freely and stealing dozens of them at a time.
Yes, plastics are le bad. Yes, having prohibitions on plastics you have intimate (mouth) contact with is a humiliation ritual. Yes, it's especially offensive to have leftchuds doing this to us.
But you should be aware that securing your own stockpile is your own responsibility.
 
Skill issue.

Some trendy eco-friendly fag type places forgo the cardboard straw because they recognize it as a crime against humanity. There are these biodegradable plant starch straws some of them use which I think splits the difference pretty well. Doesn't melt on contact with liquid, indistinguishable from plastic straws, makes envirofags happy, and no microplastics in your prostate. We're all gonna make it bros.
