I always liked those Venom energy drinks. Black Mamba was my favorite. Get a couple of those back in the day for old tabletop sessions. I've been wanting to get one again for old times sake, but I'll be damned if I can find them anymore. Doesn't seem they've been discontinued, but I haven't seen them on store shelves since around 2012 or so.

I drink the low carb monsters a lot. The regular ones taste funny, and make me feel weird.

I feel like I've seen them as recent as last year, but I can't remember where. They were great when they came in those thick metal bottles and were just a dollar per, but now they come in standard 16oz cans and cost $2+.

There's a drink I've only ever seen for sale at Subway that I like. It's basically just a bunch of tea-caffeine iirc.
This stuff, I forgot what it was named, but I liked the strawberry kiwi flavor

I've seen them in local Wal-Marts and various convenience stores, so they're still around. It's a Dr. Pepper/Snapple product, so I would assume it's still distributed nationally.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a heart attack before 40 with the amount of energy drinks I consume (yay sleep disorders!)
I usually stick to whaever 0 Cal monster cases the store has (usually grape, orange or red) but sometimes I'll splurge on a pink one (something punch) that's really good or try a new flavor. Rockstar fruit punch is pretty damn tasty too, but the only Rockstar I've had I think.
Can't stand original monster, shit feels like it's burning a hole in my stomach.

I tried that Gfuel shit since it was supposed to be "healthier", since I was getting irregular heart beats. but didn't do jack shit but upset my tummy. Works as a good appitite supresant without the issues coffee gives me, though. I got two of those flavor sampler packs and honestly most of them were pretty tasty. Some people are foodies, but I like trying new drinks, so it was aight.

The new Rein energy drinks are pretty good too, and we're almost always on sale at the gas station.

Tl;dr S0mbra probably gunna fuckin die before 40

Edit: ohhhh gunna have to try that Rockstar organic!

Venom Energy is still available but it's only available in certain regions and the prices are slightly different in the regions they're available in.

Personally, Venom is my favorite energy drink, with my go-to flavors being Killer Taipan and Zero Calorie Citrus.

As a hip European, i dont drink any. we drinke mate, not as sweet, a bigger kick and well glass bottles.
Club-mate is fine, the cheap mio mate is fine too, but i realy like thomas henry mate is alot better. same goes for top mate (its a bit light on the coffein side, but thats fine, just drink another one)

the main problem is that you can drink it all day long. sleeping after 3 bottles takes some time...

Thicc anime mom 24hr koochie juice Xtreme!!!

I used to like monster but i got a stomach virus from one and had explosive diarrhea for an entire week. I don't eat much so it was just any water i would drink (happened when i was a house man for a shitty hotel) so I'd be walking all day wanting to pass out from dehydration or at least until my supervisor noticed i was super pale or gone for long periods of time and would send me home.

I've noticed the monster rehab or their new dragon tea has more caffeine than every other flavor, so i have been trying them for when I'm hungover. I like them, although I miss the carbonated citric acid taste that comes with Ultra Zero Sunrise, which is still my favorite.

I really haven't met a monster flavor I didn't like, except that new limited edition Mule. Blech.
Those extra strength ones are more like soda, and are very tasty. I don't see them too often, but Super Dry was my favorite. Reminds me of Surge. They have that cool cap that pops really loud and mist comes out. Apparently they stopped making those?

Interesting enough, I saw some new flavors of Extra Strength, tucked away in a back isle at a Target. (red and and the other I think was a new orange type)
Also apparently there were purple and pink flavors too. Extremely rare I guess, because I never see these anymore.

Última edición:
I like Monster Mule, which is their brand of ginger ale. I sometimes pick that up from the convenience store that is a block away from my office when I need the caffeine to soldier through the work shift.

I drank Bang for a while. I dislike a lot of energy drinks but this one doesn't taste like ass. I have a hard time with too much caffeine so I'd always split it with someone before a workout.
First energy drink I ever tried was Monster, offered to me by a friend. That was pretty awful. She told me that "the first sip is the worst, you get used to it".

Monster Ultra globs my saliva up for some reason and leaves a nasty after taste. I prefer regular ol' Monster or a Bang, but if I'm working out I prefer to use pre-workouts like Maniac Grape by Anabolic Warfare or AmpedOne Freedom Punch

I've tried almost every energy drink I've seen. Even the pink Rockstar that came with a straw.

Worst one I ever had was "Shark" which I found at this janky bodega probably around 20 years ago. You know that kind of funky aftertaste Redbull can have? That was what it tasted like. Really really bad. Also I found it on the floor of the cooler and nobody knew what it was so it was probably expired.

The worst current drink you can buy is the chocolate Bang energy drink. Imagine chocolate milk, but it's water and not milk. It's nasty.

I think Monster has the market with Redbull next. So many Monster flavors. Amp was good, but basically Mt. Dew.

Back in the day, I loved Cocaine Energy Drink. Salty, sweet, burned going down. Shame they canceled it.
