Realistically speaking, how many of these can one drink until their heart explodes?

Swedish Fish flavor ftw!

Though it has this ingredient in it called AstraGin, wtf is that? Is it just ginsing? Kind of a weird name tho, but weird ingredients are sort of par for the course with energy drinks, i guess.
For me, the issue was they made me wanna piss like a racehorse constantly.

Also, G Fuel has pumped out a few more collabs for its powdered energy mixes. They recently dropped a kiwi-orange flavored mixed themed around, out of all the reemerging IPs, fucking Neopets with its "The Great Golden Slushie" flavor (although IIRC they also rethemed some of their previously-existing flavors to a Neopets theme for a convention appearance). They're also taking preorders for a Ghostface-themed cherry-green apple flavored mix that's available in both energy and hydration formulas.
After the Sniperwolf fiasco and other controversies, it looks like G Fuel lost a lot of good will with people. A lot of streamers dropped G Fuel for Gamer Supps, which is just as shady for working with Simpmongold and H3H3 (that said, they have cool cups if you're a weeb). You might want to be careful with G Fuel's Goth GF/King of Spades if your body acts up or you have a sensitive stomach. Just saying.

Minor politisperging warning. I have drank every energy drink available in Finland (at least ones available close to me), my favorite is Red Devil. However, one that's on my bucket list is Espaniola Energy Drink. Never heard of it? I wouldn't doubt it. Russian irregular militias in Ukraine have started to sell brand items to fund themselves, Rusich sells super male vitality supplements, and Espaniola Battalion sells energy drinks. An empty Espaniola can would be a nice conversation piece as well.

I gave up energy drinks a couple years ago, was drink 5-6 of them a day easy. I take 200mg caffeine pills now and use a few supplements. Mostly beet root powder and creatine but I've read good things about that classic energy drink staple Taurine and have been thinking of adding that back in to my rotation.

Edit: the absolute best energy drink was the small cans of Sobe Adrenaline Rush circa the year 2000 or so. It was like drinking candy, sweet tarts come to mind but the flavour was better than that. It's been so long. I think in the years since I've seen "Adrenaline Rush" from time to time but it's not the same as the original.

The only one I can really stand anymore is Monsters "Rehab" which is just coffeinated lemon ice tea. But it just hydrates so nicely. I used to drink a lot of the more sugary stuff before, but as I grew older kinda got a distaste for it.

Does anyone remember these? They have that generic energy drink taste but they're dirt bloody cheap at a dollar a can. Haven't had one in years
I used to see those at Walmart all the time in a variety of flavors. Nowadays, just the odd gas station here in there. Underrated brand IMO. Easily the best fruit punch flavor energy drink I ever had.

I'm on the passionfruit Flying Power now.

I can't bring myself to spend the big bucks on energy drinks when the ones from Aldi are so good.

We have a few that I don't think you can get if you're outside NZ called V, Live+ and Demon. I can't exactly describe how they taste tbh, V and live+ could kinda be boiled down to sweet citrus, but they're fucking phenomenal and perfect if you feel like something a bit more sour than monster. Haven't seen Demon around much lately though

You can also get Demon in these big fuck off 1.5 litre bottles lmao

Have you ever tried caffeine pouches? I've tried 25mg ones (no effect) and 75mg ones (had an effect but 0 buzz) but recently I saw that a different company makes 200mg ones and if they weren't so expensive I'd try them. The absorption rate of caffeine that way just seems really iffy, I'm not sure if you even can absorb it through your gums, or if the only way you're absorbing it is by it mixing with your spit and you gradually swallowing it that way.

My issue with a lot of energy drinks anymore is that I can't tolerate the shitload of B-vitamins, I wasn't built to piss neon.

The berry tea Rehab Monster was amazing, definitely my favorite of the rehab line.

I'm kinda developing a taste for the Nitro coffee ones, which with my luck means the nitro fad is coming to an end.
I think the issue for me is that it's a pretty bad experience to drink foam from a can. But when I poured the nitro latte Monster over a glass of ice because the can wasn't cold.... it was MUCH more enjoyable. I thought, wow, I'd probably pay 5 bucks for this at a restaurant. And I buy those for 1.25 at my local shady dollar store that has rotting holes in the ceiling.

Coffee snobs are a whole breed, so idk if they'd turn their noses up or what, but there definitely is a certain flavor to some instant/premade coffees that's really yummy. I'd call it almost like grapham crackers or wheat bread. Sometimes I buy these "Mr. Brown" canned coffees from Asian market and they remind me a lot of the Monster coffee. All of the Starbucks bottled drinks don't have this good taste, though. They're almost sour and remind me of drinking chocolate almond milk.

i got a big thing of "black energy" when i was in poland a few years ago. it tasted like every other one but had mike tyson on it for some reason.

I am quite the energy drink connoisseur, and have tried many many types and experienced their effects. I can say a few things with confidence. Redbull is glorified soda pop, and I don't even consider it an energy drink.

Avoid the ones with sugar (even their sugar free verions are bad). If it's not clear, and sugar free. Do not drink it. Its just soda with extra caffeine, with vitamins your body probably can't absorb, and turns your piss neon green, and gives you the jitters. (i.e. Monster, Amp, Rockstar, NOS, Full throttle, Venom.)

The coffee ones will give you stomach or ass cancer, no that isn't a joke. Carrageenan is atrocious for you and they use it in most of them (to prevent settling and separation of milk).

That being said, and you still want to drink them. I highly recommend the dye free, clear, sugar free energy drinks such as Celsius, C4, Bang and Reign. Just remember, it takes like 5+ hours for caffeine to get out of your system. So never drink them at night if you want good sleep.

I used to get them all the time when they had those screw top lids. They went away for a while and it seems like they're really only in gas stations now. I'll still pick one up from time to time. From what I remember the red one still tastes pretty much the same as an original monster. The purple ones were my favorite and have a different flavor now. Likely just because of zero sugar, but I haven't been able to find any without that label so I'm not sure if they make those anymore.

While I enjoy many energy drinks, my favorite is a Danish brand called Faxe Kondi Booster. But they are quite expensive. Another one that I like is Amper Cola.
