I started taking taurine powder a couple weeks ago, not for energy though. I mix it into tea and stuff. Now I think I'll try washing down a 200mg caffeine pill with that.

I drink it whenever I see some cans at Wal-Mart. They're pretty decent tasting and I like the novelty of having video game characters on a can. I always think of Chris whenever I drink the Sonic the Hedgehog one, which can be good to recall some funny, goofy things involving him out of the blue.Do people actually drink G-Fuel? Because the only people I've seen who drink it are the dudes that have 20 flavors of the shit in a G-Fuel branded mini-fridge.
I'm convinced people are paid to drink it.
Most of the studies you see on sweeteners are done to get results. While not about "leaky gut", it's the same general idea. At the end of the day, you'll have to consoom hundreds, if not thousands, of cans of diet drinks to reach the amount they use in these studies. They also only ever focus a single sweetener; notice how they're going after sucralose after years of hammering aspartame. My main complaint is 90% of them have the stupid new artificial sweeteners. Those sweeteners are not good for you, they can wreck your gut health. I guess Americans are so addicted to sugar even people looking for lo cal or zero cal energy drinks must be subjected to it.
I think they're the only energy drinks Walmart sells that's still just $2 a can. The ones I've had taste pretty good and tend to work. A can now lasts me a couple of days because I don't need like 300mg of caffeine in one sitting.Do people actually drink G-Fuel? I haven't had the cans in a while but my local grocery store has some varieties (the only IP-related one they have are the Sonic-themed Peach Rings, they used to have the Spider-Man-themed Radioactive Lemonade flavor but that one seemed to have disappeared when they introduced the Across The Spider-Verse collection). My local Wal-Mart tends to be dry as far as G-Fuel goes but the Targets in my area have multiple flavors (they have the previously-mentioned Peach Rings, a Tetris-themed flavor that tastes a bit like Skittles, and an exclusive Watermelon Limeade flavor).I drink it whenever I see some cans at Wal-Mart. The PAC-MAN-themed cans are cherry lollipop flavored so that may be a near match. But if that's not your jam then I'd wait for an eventual retheme, I know they did that for some of their Faze Clan flavors.I think they're the only energy drinks Walmart sells that's still just $2 a can. Too bad they don't make the Pewdiepie one anymore. It was pretty good, a sort of cherry flavor, and gave me the smug satisfaction of drinking something endorsed by a man who says Nigger.
Try taking a box cutter and slicing off the Pac-Man can label. Classical side effect of caffeine withdrawal, your brain has adapted to the near constant vasodilatation caused by caffeine and will complain if it's not vasodilated.I don't even fucking like caffeine but now I get throbbing headaches without them
Seems like caffeine makes me sleepy in my case dunno why thats the caseClassical side effect of caffeine withdrawal, your brain has adapted to the near constant vasodilatation caused by caffeine and will complain if it's not vasodilated.
To stop you can either slowly tapper with caffeine pills/instant coffee and slowly reduce the amount ingested daily, or take another vasodilatating substance like aspirin and slowly tapper as well. It'll take something like two weeks.
That's the primary reason why I stopped caffeine. I don't like the idea of being dependent on a substance to function.
It doesn't make you sleepy per se, it mellow you thanks to a mechanism that has to do with dopamine satisfaction in dopamine tolerant individuals.Seems like caffeine makes me sleepy in my case dunno why thats the case

I'll have to try it out sometime, I know Arizona Iced Tea relabeled some old cans that featured a celebrity whose name I can't remember right now after the promotion they were featured in ended prematurely.Try taking a box cutter and slicing off the Pac-Man can label. I see Ghost brought up every now and then, it's similar to G Fuel but they're not as collaboration-heavy (the only two that I know of is a TMNT collab they did a while ago and that FaZe Clan jumped from G Fuel to them). An energy drink I don't see people talk about is Ghost most of their flavors taste great especially the candy flavors.
It's probably because it's way too sweet on its own, you'd hav to mix it with other flavors to balance it out. But let's not forget that the flavor of banana candy is actually pretty close (if not 1-to-1) to real banana, it's just that the variety of banana that the candy is mimicking hasn't been commercially available since the 1950's.I wonder why no one has made a banana-flavored energy drink yet. When you do it right that synthetic banana flavor is really tasty. I'm thinking of those little banana shaped hard candies for example.
