I have no idea. In regular black tea, you get 40-60mg of caffeine for 2 grams of tea leaves. That'll give ~500-700mg of caffeine in 500 ml of this gigatea. But regular tea isn't brewed for 15min, and longer brewing extracts more caffeine from the leaves. On the other hand, some caffeine will bind to proteins in milk, perhaps this will limit and/or slow caffeine intake.
As for effects, it does resemble methamphetamine, but weaker and without teeth grinding. Can't sleep, sit or stand still, hunger is non-existent, increase in physical endurance.
 
Do people actually drink G-Fuel? Because the only people I've seen who drink it are the dudes that have 20 flavors of the shit in a G-Fuel branded mini-fridge.
I'm convinced people are paid to drink it.

I drink both versions for different reasons, I'll go for the mixes if I don't have enough time to brew a cup of coffee in the morning while I'll usually have the cans as a pick-me-up for the afternoon.

As far as the flavors are concerned I only have a few of the mixes and less of the cans, those that have 10or more tend to be collectors that go for the limited-edition boxes that have a tub and a shaker.

I usually don't like strawberry flavors because they tend to be cloyingly sweet but I actually really like this: generous use of citric acid cuts the sweet while still leaving recognizable strawberry flavor, I'd rank this one below the ultra watermelon but above ultra fiesta (the mango one) and the peachy keen one.

Winco will never have these in stock I suspect so probably won't get to have too many of them. :(

This isn't the best Pure Zero flavor, that goes to Mango Guava, but this is a solid contender if you want something that tastes like a slightly sweeter version of the Red Bull Peach Nectarine iirc, ironically using zero-cal sweeteners.

Very drinkable and I'd put it as roughly as enjoyable as the "clusterfuck" Pure Zero that smells like Pier 1 Imports in a can but actually tastes pretty good (iirc that's the Tangerine Mango Guava Strawberry flavor, so yeah, a clusterfuck of flavors). Simpler flavors than the clusterfuck, but not as complimentary as the mango guava.
 
It sucks Monster Hydro taste like sugary piss now, and the orange flavor is nonexistent at this point. The orange was my go to during night shifts.

The mixes are better because you can make your drink sweeter or lighter without the carbonated shit from the cans (get a good shaker because their shakers suck). Sneak and Ghost are other alternatives, but Gamer Supps is cancer. The problem with companies like G-Fuel and Gamer Supps is the fomo bullshit because they love to exploit that. If you order from G-Fuel, expect shitty shipping and customer service.

Seconding this, their cans are nice but at 300 milligrams of caffeine per can it’s just too much for some people. Oh, and addition to what you pointed out you can also swap out your choice of liquid and or add ice to the powdered fomulas.

I do disagree with the whole FOMO stuff in part due to how it’s structured. The only things you’ll really miss out on are the “collector’s edition“ that usually contain a shaker (which are usually bad as you pointed out), a G-Fuel sticker themed around the box, and the mix itself that’s usually sold on its own. They have been mixing it up lately by partnering with YooTooz and swapping out the shaker for an exclusive YooTooz figure but only four have been made so far (The first being an original IP, the second being a gold variant of their Banjo-Kazooie figure, the third being an exclusive Mighty Poo figure, and the fourth being a blacklight variant of one of their Cyberpunk Edgerunners figures).

idk why but this is probably the best monster drink, I was surprised when I bought it for the memes years ago because usually sugar free variants just taste like worse version of the original. This one tastes completely different. Green monster tastes like gasoline, this one is sweet, but not too sweet, it also has a kinda fruity flavour to it without being on the nose about it.
Overall 10/10 source for diabetes

I meant some of their flavors are fomos because you won't see them for a long time. The Banjo Honey Berry was all kinds of awesome because the mix would give you a little perk when

That one's my favorite. I dropped most sugar from my diet a year ago, and have drunk many of those since then.

I'm down at least 30 pounds without changing my diet or exercise habits.
 
I finally got around to ordering some of the Monster Ultra Black (the zero sugar cherry flavor). Much more subtle than I was expecting, but not in a bad way, just doesn't have the kick of citric acid I was expecting which made it more interesting honestly. Citric acid can sand down a lot of rough flavor edges and I didn't find any rough edges in this one.

Also decent with a bit of neutral spirit and some ice on a hot evening, emphasis on "a bit", it doesn't hide booze very well.
 
I miss the plastic bottles of Nos. Current go-tos are Xyience Mango Guava or Monster Ultra Rosa which is fairly uncommon to find as far as Monster flavors go. For some god forsaken reason the 12 can variety pack that has the Rosa in it also comes with Gold which is by far the worst one (maybe tied with the sour apple one)

1) Get the cheapest available black tea in leaves;
2) Boil 500ml of milk;

This recipe is based on so-called "chifir", a tea brewed by prisoners. The key difference is milk. Milk proteins bind tea alkaloids, reducing nausea (a regular human can throw up after drinking regular water-based chifir) and making other side effects (tachycardia and sweating) milder.

Interesting, never tried it with milk before. And yes, the regular version will make you nauseous and jittery as fuck. It makes Monster Energy feel like decaf.
 
Regular monster is pretty good, I wish there was a way I could get the taste without paying the price of an elevated heart rate and diabeetus, because that first sip is fucking excellent. After that the guilt sets in, your muscles start twitching, and you're left saying "this was a mistake".
Boomer Zero I bought only because of the totally organic and not forced cuckchan meme, it's actually pretty good and I don't feel as guilty drinking it compared to regular monster, although the flavor is not quite as good.
Regular rockstar tastes like asphalt, but oh baby give me their fruit punch and I will be bouncing off the fucking walls for two straight days. However every time I put caffeine in my system it doesn't keep me awake, it just prevents me from sleeping, so I'm just stuck in a zombie-like limbo where I'm too tired to do anything but too wired to crash.
Rockstar also had a black cherry flavor several years ago that is now impossible to find, they probably discontinued it. Without a doubt the best energy drink I've had in my life and I will find a way to enjoy it one last time if it kills me.
Mtn Dew Kickstarts are OK, their black cherry is good but a bit too acidic. Had a coworker whose live evolved to squeeze all necessary nutrients out of mango-coconut-pineapple kickstarts and unfiltered camels. He'd go through 3-4 of the former a day and at least 3 packs of the latter. And yes, he looks exactly like you think he does.
Worst one I've ever had was Reign watermelon, shit tasted like someone melted down jolly ranchers and put it in a can. Can't remember if I dumped it out in the parking lot but I hope I did.

G Fuel has officially entered very dark territory yesterday, a new flavor of their powdered mix is a Genshin Impact collab.

The cactus/lime flavor combo is interesting, but it's not worth getting put on a watchlist over.
 
I've been enjoying Monster Reserve White Pineapple. The watermelon one is decent too but the pineapple one is the best. Also, I noticed they reformulated Assault at some point and put it in a new can and it's pretty good - less overwhelmingly sweet.

I also tried Alani Nu since it was on sale for cheap and I was surprised. One of the better zero-sugar energy drinks I've had if you can get past the somewhat girly branding.
 
Short comment: while redbull is pricey, it really does change my entire mood and behavior. I recommend, with the appropriate caution, of course.
