Feedback Enable Powerlevel Rating across all boards

Pretty self-explanatory. People can power-level anywhere, such as Events or Deep Thoughts, and I want to let them know they're fags.

I question the importance of this. The whole "Powerlevel" stuff only really matters imo when people fill Lolcow threads with garbage stories of their own lives or start to reveal very Lolcow-y details of themselves in the lolcow discussions where it isn't relevant and where it contrasts the users with lolcows uncomfortably. The Off-topic sections are at best a secondary consideration of the site and socialization boards where a relevant part of it is that you can tell a bit of your own life and where you're coming from. We're not Anonymoose Leegun or some autistic League of Shadows wannabe where it should be a total and utter taboo to open yourself up and vent a little, however, we want you to keep that stuff where it belongs, which is off the Lolcow boards.

Just use words or tag it "dumb"/"autistic"
