Was searching horror movies a couple weeks ago and saw one with a gay twink on it called Cuckoo.

Clicked on it and I was so confused why they were calling the main character “she”, until I checked the cast and realized it was this creature.

I saw that movie in the theater and it wasn't bad at all except that you're forced to look at a tranny for most of it, which is a horror in itself. The plot requires the tranny's character to be biologically female, too, the casting director made a major error. However, the idea of a mommy monster being able to tell that the troon is a major threat to its offspring was pretty funny and the most realistic part of the film.

Cenobites are supposed to be once humans that have been mutilated and modified to the point of losing their humanity in pursuit of earthly hedonistic pleasures, so basically the perfect metaphor for troons.

And Pinhead is supposed to be otherworldly and freakish, a twisted abomination of humanity under service of Hell.
Under the prosthetics I couldn’t even tell that was a male playing a female playing Pinhead, he gave a great performance.
