Her forehead never used to be that noticeable when she was a lot younger, then all of a sudden it started to get really extreme, I don't know wether she was secretly microdosing on T for a while before she Poonerized herself or if it's just shit genetics.
The only thing masculinized about her is her hairline lol, and the frog voice, she doesn't seem to have any of the other changes mega roided Pooners like Buck have.

I think it wasn't as obvious when she was younger because teens have slightly bigger noggins compared to grown adults but she definitely had it her entire adulthood. It's probably one of the main reasons why she always looked very young for her age. There's more photos of her covering it with bangs when she was younger so I guess she was a bit self-conscious about it.
