you don't even have to do anything like that. you get some type of ID number from the govt call an ITIN (Individual taxpayer identification number) if you're an illegal and you apply for asylum and they use that number in place of an SSN. thats it. thats the trick. no one checks bc no one cares. It takes the same format as an ssn (9 digits 9XX-XX-XXXX), the number will always begin with a “9” and literally no one checks it. That’s how they’re getting all those benefits, they’re doing it in illegal friendly states with their own names and that id number and they’re draining them dry. They’ve rarely been prosecuted for it in these states and they’ve rarely been deported. DHHR knows and bends over backwards to help.
