If I had to put my armchair psychiatrist hat on, I'd say these last few uploads are a transparent attempt at letting the world know he exists. He exists beyond the cupcake bullshit and ...repeated catfishing foul-ups. Make himself come off as just as real as any of us, with hobbies, work troubles, etc. It seems like a kind of damage control or seeking validation.
There's no question that he's a deeply frustrated and troubled individual if he felt the need to make a public service announcement about hating noisy children or in this case, dogs. Sure - almost everyone has these kinds of gripes but most people don't make a whole production out of it. It makes them seem petty and prone to snap. Old man yelling at clouds and all that.
Doing these lame videos is likely his only way to vent his frustration at life.

It's in a weird spot. I've had many an IV inserted and they have always poked the underside of the forearm, right along the crook of the elbow. I have small veins so less experienced/patient nurses will sometimes poke the back of the hand w/ a butterfly syringe. I don't see anything vein-wise where his bandage is.
