A lot of you guys seem surprised, but I can assure you that Earl is above average when it comes to the qualifications of bottom-rung special ed and healthcare workers. He is capable of full conversation, probably has a 95+ IQ and can pass a drug test. Entry level health care workers are actual freaks. I had a friend that worked security for a hospital and said that all of the workers were drug fiending retards who would beat the shit out of patients. One black woman was collecting all of the patients toenails in ziplock bags.

This is a college degree type of job. The actual guess is a couple bucks above minimum wage what ever that is. With a benefit or two.
