Thanks for posting this. I came across a neat little modern tank sim called Gunner, Heat, PC. It's a little janky but pretty fun.

Yes, it is. Been following the guy for a while. It started as a joke indie game based on those creepy thomas animations when they were popular, and grew from there. I don't see the problem. I guess if you're just hearing about it now it might seem late or out of touch.

This is another I've been following somewhat. The developer showed off some early tests then he disappeared. Good to see the game coming together.
Because indie hacks are just the same as AAA publishers. "Stardew Valley is popular? They've cracked the code! The secret was to make a farming simulator!" and then we get spammed with shitty farming simulators. When the genre collapses, we'll get "think pieces" blaming the saturation of steam games or the importance of advertising, and not the fact they made a generic clone of another game.
You sure they they didn't add her to IMDB as part of an ARG or something?

No, they wouldn't have made her star in a bunch of teen/latina porn in 2005 if they did that. But after finding that page I started thinking just like you and making a fake IMDB would have been clever.

Fatlus getting off their asses and actually doing something is a pretty rare occurrence. I mean, remember that fantasy RPG they announced, what 6 years ago and we've seen nothing of it since other than Yoko Taro asking them to cancel it.

Minor PL, but fun fact - used to work Electronics at the local Big Box, asked our Playstation Rep about that thing after not seeing it for months compared to Nintendo’s Retro Mini shit. Turns out, it apparently sold so poorly it got discontinued, but grain of salt
