nintendo just keeps coming away with the W yet no one else is looking at them and thinking how they can do the same

Bamco just should have not done a separate e3, what the shit muchacho

It doesn't even matter if we stop buying games at this stage.

The industry currently makes most of its money off of consoomer hype-beats who will shell out any amount of money for the latest $100 special edition of Mediocre Game V3.0 so that they can play it for 20 minutes in their Funko room before they post another photo of their LED and display case riddled "set up" to r/gaming.

They'll be day one on any and all DLC as well because they can't countenance FOMO for one second even if they've only booted up the game a handful of times.
The very least my fellow Kiwis can save a buck.

Who is funding these guys? How does this have another ad spot? It looks like a fucking mobile game.

AND another Chinese studio segment or something?

Still not finding anything on game bonfire by the way. How do they have the money they do as well?

So apparently the Dark Deity game that was announced yesterday that had no release date shown instead had another trailer shown today, and just announced it was getting released on Steam today.

The game also got an update yesterday, so they could've just listed it yesterday during their own conference.

What in the actual fuck is happening right now?

While the Chinese bootleg/mobile game nonsense is going on, I've looked up freedom.gg

Who are these people? Their descriptions says the first two are "industry veterans" yet their names don't even show up quickly on a search. Is the money coming from them or outside investment?

Also the Chinese nonsense looks awful. A mobile game looking shitty rts copying the name of battle simulator, a terrible looking sword game made in unreal probably, likely full of stock and bought assets, and a boring RTS with civ tiles and like five building types.

Aaandd a terrible looking visual novel thing. CHINA NUMBAH WAN!!!

Missed the one they just showed, which appears to be another generic RTS. How are they somehow more creatively bankrupt than most of the western devs here?

Tina, the one who said she met Shaun, No mans sky hypeman, has only been in games journalism for a supposed 8 years, and she's already the editor in chief of IGN and The games editor for Mashable? How much nepotism is involved here? Somehow two years in she was already interviewing big developers.
I'll give you a hint.
