Tbh Keffals' deserves his own board in my opinion. It's clear he's not going away any time soon, way too much money to grift, and far more obnoxious than some of the other people we have boards dedicated to, like Tommy Tooter and Yaniv now.
 
Having someone as retarded as keffals leading the movement is the best possible thing that could have happened for people who actually want this place to stay up. I am getting Kony 2012 vibes from this whole thing. It's going to implode from within and end with a bunch of trannys fighting with each other.

If there is one thing I learned about transsexuals its that most of them hate each other. When they look into the eyes of one of their own its like looking into a mirror and they can't cope with it.
 
Good idea to move this to its own thread as Keffals’ own thread goes really goddamn fast so its hard to keep track of shit like this.

Super minor detail but keffal's first interraction with the farms was Keffals tweeting a screenshot of a tranny sideshow post mentioning her.
Then people looked into her a tiny bit and made fun of her in the kiwifarms review thread.

If it's relevant I can dig up a bit to find the posts again.

I think jersh doesn’t want to give keffals that. Lucas would see it as a win and a sign that he’s “influential.” “One thread couldn’t contain me, they need a whole board to try to destroy me.”

obviously legal recourse is the last unwanted option. But from my perspective, CF will be putting themselves in a more vulnerable position since it is a normal business contract with Null.
In my limited understanding, by voiding the contract without clear reason, CF opens themselves to a possible lawsuit since it causes loss and much inconvenience to the client unreasonably.
And if CF is involved in the lawsuit, then Keffals will be inevitably dragged because he is the main instigator of the harassment. And the archived stuffs will be a mounting evidence against him.
Of course, in reality there's probably more complications, but i really dislike the possibility of a stupid troons harassment bringing down an autistic gossip forum.
