I have a story to tell about my experiences with a former friend who is a Changed fan.

So back in late 2021 I met someone on a game programming Discord server as I was sharing the development of a C#-based game engine I was working on at the time. It turns out he was writing his own software for the 3DS (he owned a devkit for one) and was interested in that sort of thing. We became friends and exchanging stuff together. One day I decided to start ranting about Changed and how the developer is a paedophile to him, since at the time, I still considered him a friend. That was until he started to share his Changed shit with me and said "Well the game's fetish-y but at least Puro's cute." I didn't talk to him since but later on in the server we met in I found him posting a lot of Changed gifs. If I had known better this would have never happened. Recently I have discovered that he is friends with Charem and would (and still is) frequently post in his Discord server. I then confronted him about it and he said "I'm not really friends with him anymore after the whole controversy" which is false as he, as of him posting that, recently posted in there.

Sorry for my wall of fuckin' text, just wanted to post it since it's kind of related I guess.

This is so much of a stock Changed fan defense that I have actually heard it myself about two times before in the wild. Always from obvious kids on the internet. I've seen people (children) lured into the (Changed) fandom solely by that character being used. With the game being a blatant eroge this should never be an excuse as it only proves the danger. You cannot "liberate" Puro, you have to just make your own knockoff of the Mal0 SCP and then someone will compare it and you're back where you started. Kids don't really know when to let go and furry teens are some of the most firm denialists of the furry fandom's perverted nature that you will ever encounter.

Yeah. The game basically forces you to date Puro to get the "good ending" (getting injected with rape fluids and living "happily ever after" with your new fuckbuddy)
