If I remember right, he got mentioned a lot on either CYD or Vivisector. I know I remember him from somewhere other than FA, but I'm not 100% certain from where exactly.

Dragoneer unbanned Allan around the same time he was getting a lot of heat for hiring Zaush to code the website. It's possible he brought one notorious user back in an attempt to make everyone forget the other.
Just imagine the meltdown we'll get to watch when the first thing that happens is him and his clique getting banned from the site.
That would be a pretty weak distraction, and I remember seeing screens being floated at the time that seemed to prove the rumor of him bribing Dragoneer.

It could and will. The administration is inept, but the site runs despite their incompetence, since they're pretty hands off. Benign negligence, if you will. Now imagine an administration that actively "tries" to fix things, while still being incompetent. They'd probably start with tranny flags and CoCs and probably policing language or something stupid.
