100-200 pages for a psychology dissertation is not unheard of. Scientific dissertations are even shorter. Humanities dissertations usually go on forever.

The dedication at the beginning is fucking weird. Again, it's not unheard of for a dissertation to have a dedication section, but it's usually a few sentences to a paragraph. Five paragraphs is long. Dedicating your dissertation to "the kittens," then to a psychic, and then to people you hate is eye-popping. It's not necessarily against the rules, but it's definitely weird and pretty unprofessional. There are a lot of crutch phrases, instances of passive voice, and a few other standard academic writing foibles that are common. She says one researcher inspired another without providing evidence of it, which is a no-no that most professors would flag.

One quote from a research subject did make me laugh:
I definitely had that bright-eyed, bushy-tailed, pencil skirts and heels everyday view of
what an office was going to be like. It was like all cute notebooks and crushing meetings
and going out for Starbucks. I learned really quickly it was like, it's more like The Office
television show meets WWE wrestling.

I was honestly expecting the dissertation itself to be more insane, but it's pretty normal for a social science research paper (the bar is low there). Granted, I largely skimmed.

Geez, I wonder why MAGA people were suspicious of the obese woman dressed i black with a lesbian haircut shouting in their faces with her unpleasant shrill voice, who went on to spin a minor altercation as a man assaulting a woman.

Nobody wants Karlyn on their side, she is absolute poison to any cause she joins.

EDIT: How the hell did I not realize the “dude” was Enrique Tarrio? Probably because it was super late when I saw the clip.
