I've heard that as a punch-line basically. Or in some movies where the fat and sassy sidekick boasts about her looks.
Meh, I think she looks about her age all the way around, face, body, everything. However, her base appearance is profoundly unattractive. If she were smart, she'd be working on every part of her image to take emphasis off her looks. Act like a decent person. Refrain from putting down other people. FFS, stop pursuing men that are so out of her league that she might as well be a different species. She's not going to do that, though. She has to have her reassurances, and there's always some ridiculous male follower out there willing to validate her feels.

I imagine what's going on is that Dr. Cluster B was trying to play the angles behind the scenes. Milo is nowhere near as big now as he was then, but she'd caught his attention and there's probably a better grift to be had in Milo's sphere even now than with the groypers. She was probably feeling out the waters to see if there was an opening and sufficient benefit to make a move.
The interesting bit now.. Does Milo have more, I've never known him to not have stacks of dirt on people. Karlyn is a passing interest to me, I was hoping to see Nick's people tear her to shreds, but this Milo angle put a bit of a new spin on it all to me. Another aspect of it, look how quickly she called that mike harlow fella a "faggot jew".. Milo is pretty much the same thing.. only he's much more catty. Surely she didn't spill too many secrets did she? She claims to be anti pedophile right, surely she has issues with Ali Alexander raping underage groypers, right? Surely she's not got the staying power to defend ANOTHER pedophile, right?
Everything makes more sense when you look at it through the framework of Karlyn's appetites. She's not a champion of truth, she can't even sound consistent for any length of time. She just WANTS. Attention from strangers, lots of attention. Money. Payment for her "work", and her merch store, that is lucrative apparently, not to mention these purchases validate her as being creative as well as politically clever.
