Not my cat but a neighborhood one that roams around all day. He doesn't have a collar but I'm assuming he's chipped. I'm starting to get worried about him, I can feel his spine through his fur and there's always gnats flying around him whenever he visits.

Still a kitten!Kitten or full grown?
If you can feel his spine, that is a bad sign, he is underweight. Please feed him, if you can. Also, consider contacting a local rescue group. They will trap him and see if he has a chip. If he doesn't, they will neuter and release him back if he is feral, or if not, find him a good home.
Still a kitten!
"tasty is the wet food from another kitten's bowl"I haven't been peed on again, but they are on wet food and are using their litter box.

I love the shape of his(?) face! I wish European shorthairs had a liiitle more of a jaw/snout. Brittish shorthairs are slowly getting smaller jaws and flatter faces, while the americans are starting to get wierd heads. I'm not very into the whole show cat breeding scene, but I would like for traditional indoor cats to stay as healthy and cat-looking as possible.
I talked to the people who feed them and this one's name is Julia, but they don't know if it's a boy or a girlAnother cat living just outside my workplace, never seen this one before today, don't know it's name yet
