At this point there’s going to have to be an organized effort to undo what he did and make it illegal for someone to do it again. And hopefully track down all the people who helped him and aren’t about to croak.
Historically, Trump gets off easy, but the people who helped him are left holding the bag. It’s happened 7 times (six bankruptcies and one lost election).
Hopefully some of the people who helped him do this will pay for what he did. I’m all for holding others responsible for his actions. It comes with the territory when you back someone like him. Not going to happen. Cuck states won't give ballot access to someone who is indisputably disqualified and has no path to victory. Every right-leaning state and all the battleground states would have to collude to give him a chance of being elected and make putting him on the ballot worthwhile. If the states tried to do that, they'd get sued and the courts would decide against Trump, as they have on a number of other key issues.

We'll just have to agree to disagree, we really wont know what happens until 2028 rolls around. I'm still a bit apprehensive about them not running trump anyways as they let him be president despite being a convicted felon. It also doesnt help that the GOP cant seem to find someone to rally behind that isn't trump. I guess if trump doesnt run they'll go with whatever nominee he picks. But thats a future discussion.

There's definitely truth to that. I live in cold snowy Upper Michigan, where winter temps are regularly 15-20 below zero and we typically get 280-290 inches of snow, and it definitely weeds out the people who are used to mild weather. I was bitching to my old Finnish neighbor about winter one time and he quipped "winter has its upsides, niggers and hillbillies hate cold and snow, and our winters usually encourage them to leave here"

I'm putting my money on some kind of truth and reconciliation commission that will let most people off the hook but lead to huge asset seizures and jail time for genuine murderers like Pete Hegseth.
