They all said filming children will not be allowed but they're happy to show the guy around. A business card or application paper can be given. Neither had websites, it's contact via email/phone/whatsapp/wechat.
In Australia, a lot of rules are required for childcare centres too. The council will perform periodic, random checkups according to them to ensure compliance. There are many points of advertisement like a large flat backyard play area for kids and dedicated place for lunch. All of them do child sitting on the side and will surely advertise that service. Australia's childcare union is pretty strong.

The shit in Minnesota is definitely fishy as fuck. None of those businesses seemed legitimate. In addition to that, 4-6pm is usually peak hours for pickup.
