I assume you are using Umberto Eco’s 14 points of fascism given the comment, but even if you aren’t, Trump doesn’t come close to any kind of fascist ideology.
He has the authoritarianism, the love of military aesthetics, the racism, and the desire for a nostalgic past. However, those are common in a lot of authoritarian regimes. He lacks the core economic third-way perspective of fascism. There is no desire to install party members in all productive elements of the economy. He certainly doesn’t care about labor unions and other left wing aspects of fascism. He is fine with foreign investment into the US rather than strengthening domestic enterprises.
Trump is not a fascist. He is a boiler plate American caudillo. He has the temperament of an authoritarian, but lacks the capacity, competent loyalists, and weakened civil institutions to rapidly distort the country into his personal fiefdom.
