💼 Careercow Donald J Trump - 45th/47th President of the USA, convicted felon, Epstein bro, Putin/Netanyahu simp, serial liar, sore loser, cheat and the Chris-Chan of Presidents. Lost a war to Iran and algae. THIS IS NOT USPG2.

Please spoonfeed a retard and QRD me on what are the charges. Tax fraud etc?
Ok so Trump fucked a whore, right? Then she wanted some cash, so she hit up Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen. Cohen arranged a payment plan for her to stfu. Then Cohen billed Trump to get reimbursed for the payments. Trump paid Cohen with campaign money, even wrote "legal fees" in the memo line on each check, but it didn't work, Trump got caught, Cohen narked, and now Orange Man Sad.

fucking lmao is this really it? lololol

I mean.....isnt "he thinks he is above the law now, he gonna be out here lynching errybody" the better rallying cry? I think this could just energize the "wrong side". I am starting to get 2016 vibes, I won $100 crisp dollars in that election.....they never paid me fyi.....for all of you glued to my blog post ):

Yeah. Once a regular person, whether black or white or Hispanic, hears the actual charges, they’ll just chuckle and go: “Yeah, that sounds like something all politicians do. Only reason they went after him is because he’s Trump.”

These Beltway Democrats and their media stooges think some meh campaign donation/hush money whatever charge is a huge deal.

But they forget that regular Americans CONSIDER ALL POLITICIANS CROOKS
AND FOR SALE.

Trump getting charged? Just means they really don’t want him to beat Biden.

The Supreme Court will rule on Trump's argument that a former president cannot be prosecuted like any other citizen.
I'm not a lawyer but once you no longer hold the office of POTUS then aren't you a regular citizen again? Let's not forget that he did the hush money shit before he became president. Lastly, I wonder if the Supreme Court agrees with such an appeal, then I wonder if it would open the door for future presidents to commit more crimes out in the open...

Didn't you piss and shit yourself crying to mods to delete A&N because of mean Trump supporters?

Does the fact that Trump got charged, but life long politicians didn't not cause you to even consider something about this is situation is weird?
That's exactly what happened, that tranny supporting faggot lives in dms and reporting posts. can't handle big mean trump supporters.

That's one of the things being dealt with by SCOTUS, no one is sure.

The article is behind a paywall but the first line is interesting: "The US Supreme Court has never considered whether former presidents are immune from criminal prosecution for acts they took in office. Before Donald Trump, the court never needed to."

The Stormy Daniels stuff was before he took office so he shouldn't be immune from that along with the property values case(s) where he allegedly inflated his property values.

That said, just because one is a former president that doesn't mean that they get to be above the law just because they committed crimes while in office. Maybe people shouldn't commit crimes while in office? Why the fuck is that so hard for some people to do lol

I bet after that Trump still gets SJWs mad a way or another (Imagine if he wins the elections, there's going to be a riot!)

There's some truth to this, crooks and liars, every last one of the fuckers. Half these old pricks probably buy pussy with campaign money on the regular. Only difference is that Donnie Dipshit tried to cover it up with his, AND the powers that be were in a position to attempt to fuck him over, but let's be honest, most other politicians do far worse things on a regular basis.

That's just it, the timing of this is what's bugging me the most.

Look, if you think this was really unfair or that this was well deserved or that no amount of punishment would be enough, then whatever. Cool. But did this really have to happen during a crucial time for election season? Why couldn't it have happened last year? The Stormy Daniels story came up years ago, I refuse to believe that they didn't have enough info to take him to court for any of this in 2023, not for this or for any of the other trials going on right now. They're trying to get the Georgia election conspiracy trial kicked off in August, they set the trial for the classified documents for May 20th but that got delayed without a rescheduled date, and the justices are waiting until June to decide what to do about Trump's appeal with the Capitol riot trial after the hearing that took place in April. This all got stacked near the finish line of an election year. It might end up backfiring because they dragged their asses on it and the decisions won't get made until after the voting is over. It's all starting to look like manufactured chaos all squeezed into a time frame that's meant to be a distraction, and the media is running the story non-stop.

Regardless, I'm going to laugh like a maniac if he's in jail on election day and and wins because that means Null totally called it months ago when he said that Trump is only going to win if he's in jail because that is too funny of a situation for Americans to pass up on.

Yeah, I don't get the timing on the Stormy Daniels stuff since that was apparently known much earlier. That said, I am going to laugh my ass off if he wins and we return to the seething & coping from 2016.

You forget the part where Cohen did time for it in 2018. Trump did not because he was President and had corrupted the DOJ enough to get them to make Cohen the fall guy without any splash back on himself.

(And FWIW, the idea to pay back Cohen in the form of fake legal billing was Trump and Weisselberg’s idea, as proven in court).

But that’s why this trial is only happening now., and only happening via NY court and not federal.

The reason Trump has not already faced trial for J6 and the Espionage case - MUCH more serious deals than this - is down to the Supreme Court being stuffed with corrupted judges who still do his bidding, who have delayed it long enough to get past the election.

The US only just still has a functioning justice system, it’s shot full of holes though and will not last 5 minutes if Trump gets back into office.
