I don't think if Trump was being blackmailed by the Russian, he would be this happy every time Putin pays any attention to him.
He and Witkoff are too stupid to understand that the Russians openly insult and humiliate them every time they interact*, and in response to being spit in the face, Trump, Witkoff and Vance get on their knees and praise Putin.
I don't think Vance would be any better as president. He might even be worse, since he is smart enough to pursue his anti-American policies coherently.

Honestly, I don't even know how to categorize his administration ideologically. He's not really a conservative, nor is he a proper nationalist (why else would he have ok'd the deal to sell semiconductors to the Chinese of all countries). The closest you can get is just a retarded right wing populist. That's because his administration has no plan, no strategy, no vision. They were to busy jacking off to their electoral victory and now they're too busy putting out the fires started by their own incompetence. The republicans are to spineless and corrupt to stand up to this shit, whilst the democrats somehow still think they can win the next election by backing people like AOC, which was kind of the reason they lost in the first place.
At this rate American century will die not of a flashy civil war or a military coup, it'll die of a retarded populace, which is probably the most humiliating way to go.

I am hard-pressed to find a single sector of the US economy that the Trump administration isn't fucking up. And as usual, they are putting the cart before the horse. Once they get rid of all those dirty immigrant truck drivers, who are they going to backfill them with? It's not like young Americans are clamoring for jobs driving tractor-trailers these days. Maybe give them the same financial incentives that they are using to lure new ICE agents?

Trucking used to pay pretty well, and it's still decent. But the main killer for that career is the awful work to life balance. Even the "good" companies still have you out for 2 weeks minimum driving on the road 8+ hours a day away from your family. Driving for 2 weeks and having a week off really isn't worth it.
Maybe those red conservatives complaining about spics stealing their jobs will finally start working the fields, factories and trucking jobs. Or they'll just stay living off welfare because those jobs are hard and require effort.

Until Trump takes away their welfare. As if tariffs aren't going to raise the price of goods enough, once the spics, pajeets, and Eastern Europeans are gone, transportation costs are going to soar. Companies are going to have to pay higher wages, provide better benefits, and negotiate more heavily with unions. Teamsters don't fuck around. In my area, there hasn't been regular trash pickup for coming up on two months because contract negotiations are deadlocked.

I see a conflict coming. The most common comment I see from people saying they are on some type of welfare is that they are on disability. Sometimes they clarify what the disability is,sometimes not. Either way, if the plan is to force welfare recipients off it so they can work these tough jobs, depending on how severe the disability is, this may not go how they expected it to.
