Again, if the economy was better most of America would be cheering him on like they were in 2017. And if it weren't for Covid he'd probably have been president in 20-24 and we'd have someone else as president already. He wouldn't have been a good president mind you, but he'd have inherited a good enough economy that without Covid fucking it up too fast most people would have been ok with him. The issue with term 2 is he doesn't know how to improve the economy. Only stabilize it where it is. Since the economy is shit, it will stay shit. But when it was good it also stayed good.

IMO, in 2016, Trump (or at least his administration) was less fascist. However, between the 8 years of mockery and whoever (likely Heritage foundation, the gay tech billionaires and whoever else is supporting Project 2025) blowing hot air up his ass, it's definitely clear that he wants to be a despot this time around, and with nothing but sycophants around him, becoming easier to go mask-off about it.
