He always has the tendency to want to hurt others, however he never really said he did anything when he was a little kid. Said he was a normal kid except for his social ineptness.

Anyway, when you say "always has the tendency to want to hurt others", do you mean he's always had it since you two met, or he always had it even as a little kid, he just never acted on it? Because if it's the latter, then it seems he had innate psychological problems even before being bullied, and might have gone on to be a menace even if he hadn't been mistreated by his peers.
