It is the size compared to the rest of the body, the shape, the perkiness, the nipple/areola, etc

Shape, incline and curvature are all part of perkiness and etc. (short for etcetera, which means, and so on, implying it is a non-exhaustive list and I could name more boob features that factor into boob attractiveness).
