Does Taurus make good guns?

Taurus’ problem is no QC. If you have one that works when you buy it, it’s probably fine.

You just might not get one that works when you buy it.

Taurus is pretty shit. Buy military surplus if poor or whatever PSA has been doing for long enough to work out the kinks.

I mostly am a poor nigga, but PSA is not bad. It’s okay quality at okay prices, the Little Caesar’s of the gun world (for the most part when not buying shit and rushing to production).
If you are buying a compact handgun buy a snubnosed .38 special. You can pretend to be a private eye from the 20’s or like you are going to kill John Lennon.

That model in particular is also kind of a girl gun.

There are brands of guns that produce good 'girl' model guns. Funny part is that they aren't that much more expensive than a $300 turd, maybe $500-600.

if you must have an American brand, then there is the Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 and Shield series pistols.

I dunno I think in general posting gun pics of a firearm you have for self-defense I think is in poor taste.

I mean if these tranny death squads exist and were roving around doing God's work. Posting about guns you have wouldn't be so "tacticool" as it would clue them into the fact that:

1. Your armed so that they can plan accordingly

2. What your caliber is so they know what to prep for

The element of surprise is powerful. Hell you aught to not even be brandishing your firearms as it would clue in neerdowells thus they would remove you from the equation.

Not only is Taurus a shit brand but your basically removing any and all elements of surprise. Hell people who hate trannies could also use the fact that trannies are arming themselves as a caveat, a point to use in favor of their anti-tranniness.

since i'm here anyways, i want to ask another question. is a glock 17 a good gun or what's a gun that feels/similiar to it. i like having a thick/dense gun to hold cause it makes me feel badass

Try to find an older gen. Gen 4 started to really lose quality, IMO.

The revolver shotgun they make is a really fun thing to shoot but I would never own one for self-defense.
When I was at a gun show this one old guy made a great point if you have to shoot someone in a self-defense situation you don't get your gun back so you might as well carry a high point.

Taurus is a meme brand. The Taurus Judge in particular has cases of it exploding in peoples' hands (although so does Glock to be fair.) This is just a bargain bin 9mm, unironically the fag probably would have been better off buying a Hi-Point. That model in particular is also kind of a girl gun.

The Glock kaboom FUD was based around the early gen 1 model 22 that was almost 20 years ago and we never determined if it was Glock or hand loaders playing with the hot new cartridge and seeing how much muzzle energy they could get out of the FBI's new equipment.

I've had older Taurus revolvers, they're fine. Some of their semis come and go in quality, but that's the same as a lot of brands.

They're a 'love to hate' brand but overall, they're better than fucking Kel-Tech which I've had a P32 fall apart, sent back, and fell apart again.

Taurus FUD, Glock FUD, all that is dumb. Kel-Tech though has somehow kept up a bit legit reputation and they are pure junk. I don't really think the P320 is 'junk' but I've seen it to be awful 'iffy', more than Taurus revolvers for sure.
