Just hang out with people, be kind, and you'll make frens. People inevitably get along when nobody is trying to be an asshole. This site is meant for anonymity and humor, but the same rules apply even if you don't know anyones' real name. Hell, sometimes peoples' real names will get uncovered, and if they're decent to you, you'll still consider them kiwis worthy of your time.
Don't dox yourself. And never mistake the frens you make online in a place like this as complete replacements for the real thing. You'll still need to get out into the real world and connect with actual people to have healthy relationships. About the only person here I know of that can't is Null, and that's because enemies of the site will seek those people out and try to destroy them simply for association.
The world does suck right now, but it's always kinda sucked for one reason or another. You'll find your people eventually. Hopefully not on discord.
