Personally, I think artcows are annoying. All the threads are is people saying they can draw better than the cow and talking about how bad the art looks which is just very repetitive and annoying. The only time artcows are actually entertaining is when they draw gross things (rape, pedophilia, etc...) or the cow themself is autistic as hell. It's even better when it's both.

So in a way, yes I personally support artistic freedom. Just as long as the artist isn't weird and drawing little kids fucking adults or whatever.
