I have Amazon Prime and have watched Prime Video occasionally.

It used to be pretty customizable, able to filter out additional-cost content and entire categories irrelevant to my interests and had an okay-ish recommendation engine, but they've removed most of the good shit in order to push paid/partnered content I will never watch.

Recently started seeing literal reposts of YouTube videos, which funnily enough has me reevaluating how much everything else about Amazon Prime has degraded and whether it's still a good value.

If it ever reaches a point where privacy and security extensions can't block the ads within a few days of an "update", I'll probably cancel it.

WatchCartoonsOnline and Yandex moonrune sites for anything else.

the wife uses pluto a lot
we have amazon prime because we're moderately shutins and order a bunch of shit so it works out
we get AMC+ and some other stuff free with our apartment, but we've only bothered with AMC+ because she likes her Walking Dead and is squeamish about piracy after we got an Official Letter about The Real Housewives Of Love And Hiphop or whatev
I think we get one of the premiums free that has some live wrassles but tbh I just grab a pirate feed

after cytube other synchtubes to try are psp-tv and baked.live
baked is a lot of the former 420chan people who manage to be gay-er than spardot and kirt which says a lot

I haven't checked in a minute but tubi also works great with yt-dlp
but yeah tubi has a lot of kinda cool slop, like that was how I got Cyber Six and Cadillacs And Dinosaurs
I've heard nothing but good things about their horror selections, like allegedly great mixes of itajank, obscure shit, and actually good material

Just using Yandex enough will probably get a person reasonably proficient in reading Cyrillic phonetically and they'll learn to recognize loanwords and cognates as well as pick up some limited vocabulary relevant to what they consistently are trying to find or do.

I can do that in several languages, but I would not claim to be able to speak any of them since I've made zero effort to pick up syntax or grammar. Probably not even at "give orange me give eat orange me eat orange give me eat orange give me you" levels of fluency.

I have Amazon Prime, but I don't use it. I'm never looking for something to watch. I either have something specific I want to watch, or I'm doing other things like reading or exercising. And when I have something specific I want to watch, its never on any streaming service.
