I don't have the balls to eat kiwi fur. How is it?
It's actually not bad unless you really hate the texture. Usually I peel it but sometimes I don't. Some kiwis have really tough, fibrous skin and you don't want to eat that, but if it's edible, it's probably just as well to eat it.

Also I forgot celery seed and celery seed extract, but I generally don't think of them as the same as celery stalks. They're concentrated celery flavor without the kind of repulsive texture.

Celery salt is where it's at, but I dont recall using seed on it's own ever, maybe I'll throw some in the next batch of jerky I make.
