for example, the only thing I feel that separates me from DSP is that I have a real full-time job and I actually really like playing vidya and I do DDP yoga for fitness. Otherwise I'm a homebody shut-in who treats grocery shopping as an outing and I can literally go days without leaving my house.

I'm going to lock this because it risks having, uh, slow-in-the-minds dox themselves but I'll do it on a broader sentiment I feel applies to the community as a whole. I think most people "see themselves" in a lot of who they like to talk about, not insofar as A-Log was essentially just Chris (despite his protests), but it's more like... If I had X character flaw I would be a lot worse off like this guy is, or we had the same sort of upbringing but I'm glad my parents taught me Y, etc. Whenever you look at the various people in the human condition you tend to compare yourself to them and that's what makes any sort of anthropological study interesting--even when it's just about retards on the Internet.
