There is only one guy irl who I think could know about the existence of Kiwifarms is because he has talked about Sam Hyde before.
And if someone knows about the existence of Sam Hyde, that increases the likelyhood of them knowing about this site since Sam Hyde is in the sort of "deep" part of internet of the hierarchy of internet subculture zeitgeist scale.
And Kiwifarms is also in a deep part of that zeitgeist scale.
And he has talked about internet creator who has a thread here who I have posted on before.
So I feel like if he knows this website, it could be possible he has read that thread and has unknowingly come across my posts.
