As a kid it was the most horrifying thing that could happen to me, a genuine phobia. But after years of heavy drinking, I love puking. Sometimes I'll even do it just for fun on purpose. I can't even count the number of sheets I've soiled puking in my bed.

If I'm not drunk I don't enjoy it in the moment but I enjoy the emptiness in my stomach afterwards.

If I am drunk I enjoy the feeling because it's just like one big release.

There are rare exceptions to both though like one time I just pigged out at a casino ice cream bar and just puked ice cream in the parking lot in front of a bunch of native americans and laughed at how grossed out they were.
