Cloudflare had a leak. It's been mentioned over the last few days but Cloudflare has finally released an incident report.

Original security blog article from when leak was noticed and Cloudflare advised.

The list of sites which use Cloudflare is huge. I've noticed some are advising a password change.

There's also a 'featured thread on this here and to the op question "yes", I would personally recommend a password change.
