No, the only thing that matters is the volume. Noise cancellation could at best make you lose your frame of reference for how loud things should be but you can always look at the health and safety section of your phones settings if you're on IOS to see. It already displays the decibels when you swipe down from the top right corner anyways as long as your playing an audio.

If anything unless you intentionally crank the volume noise cancelling is meant to reduce hearing damage by wiping out so much of the background noise floor it lets you play at a lower volume but with more intensity from the focus
