For the nicotine itself, I used 4mg On coffee flavored pouches for four weeks, then tapered to 2mg pouches for another two weeks. I don't recommend using any higher than a 4mg pouch, because that would have you intaking more nicotine than just smoking, and the idea is to quit the nicotine. You can do it! Just keep at it if you fuck up. Because you will probably fuck up. Nicotine os a hell of a drug to give up.
