Maybe dogs killed Cruella’s parents and that’s why we’re supposed to sympathize with her? I know jack about this reboot, so this is just a wild guess. Really though, it’s completely unnecessary. They need to make original things more instead of milking things that have already been done.

If it’s like Maleificent, I may be tempted to watch that because badly done villain redemption arcs are entertaining. Then again, this is coming from someone that purely went to see Cats (2019) in theaters for the cringe, so make of that what you will.

It's even worse than I had already expected. Emma Stone may get nominated for a Razzie. Trailers are supposed to show the better parts of your acting, right? If that's the best they got from her in this movie, then oh dear god no.

She says “I am woman, hear me roar!” in the trailer. That is such a cliche now that every time I hear it said, I can’t help but laugh. Whoever wrote this script and green lit it should be put down like a dog. I might just go see it because it looks that bad
