However, that project has been dropped from its June 27, 2025 release date and apparently is not even in production. Disney and Seven Bucks did not offer additional comment.

Yeah Black Adam is essentially just The Rock hijacking the DC cinematic universe and turning it into his own Deviantart self insert fanfic.

Honestly I really enjoyed that movie. The rock was basically playing a biblical superhero who was just icing dudes left and right. The whole conflict was the justice society geting up in his grill for just killing mercs non stop. At the end he fights the devil and rips him in half. I cant get mad at that.

Frankly I wish it was successful. I was hype all the way through.
