Simple thread to post Diesel Punk crap.
I prefer this fictional aesthetic over Cyber Punk and Steam Punk. And Its not as oversaturated as the other two aesthetics.
You have the art from the polish artist Jakub Rozalski where he depicts an alternate ww1/ww2 with massive clunky mechs.
And then you have the stuff out of Mad Max with all those vintage cars with metal bits slapped all over them.
As for Retro Futurism you have tons of art that has a bit of that DieselPunk aesthetic with a bit of it's own flair.
I really dig this kind of stuff, but I feel lots of the Novels in these settings are kind of flat. The art is always better.
