So a few months ago, I bought This gaming PC from Best Buy. I had problems. Bad video card. I called Cyberpowerpc. The PC came with a RX6700XT 12 GB CLP card.

They sent me a RX6700XT 12 GB CLD card. It's a little smaller. It works. But did they send me a lower end card as a replacement?

They did:

GPU makers often send out comparable but not identical cards for RMA's.

So last week I started playing Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous on Steam. Monitor looses signal again. So When I rebooted it I did what I should have done when this shit first started. Erased the computer, unplugged and brought to Best Buy where I bought it. Showed the receipt from when I bought it with the extended warranty. They gave me the money back on a best buy card. I bought a different brand PC and since had no problems.

Fuck Cyberpower.
