Fun fact the trouble with Trudeau was the very first SFO video I ever saw. It is taken down now so to see Trudeau step down as Dev Crashes out is so surreal.

It's also proof the statist asshole always was. Even as a leftie if he were remotely consistent with his beliefs he'd realize the error, but he continues - not because he cannot recognize the error, but because more accurately, he won't.
 
Dev made an interesting Freudian slip in that rant.

"If society needs to get ahold of you, because you've done something wrong and you're going to court"

He presupposes that if the government has accused you of doing something, you're in the wrong until demonstrated otherwise. In other words, guilty until proven innocent in the eyes of government.

Not a shocking position for such a wormy little statist, but it shows how deep the love of the boot runs in his soul. Even if he would never explicitly claim so (even to himself), at the core of his being he truly believes the government is absolute.
