Dev ignoring the issue that ActMan literally was doing the "Pronouns aren't a big deal, Woke isn't a thing this is all just snowflake gamers" less than 2 years ago to now pretending he has always been against it. Dev, once again, proving how little he knows about American politics. "The Swamp" is the Clinton and Obama families for the Dems, and The Bush and McKain families on the right. They're the de-facto royal family for america. If you don't make nice with them, you don't go anywhere politically. These are the people who happily send our men and woman in service (and taxes) to third world shit holes to die so that their supply of child prostitutes can continue to flow freely. Trump winning the presidency TWICE proves two things that should be VERY heartening no matter what politics you hold. First, is that the power these people have is waning, FAST. Two, there's a lot of space for political outsiders to make their way in our government now. Even if people don't know it explicitly, they understand the actions they need to take to choke the life out of the people who are making their lives miserable.
The only way forward for government shitfucks to keep their relevance is to run the nation in a way that allows the people to live prosperous lives. This is a good thing.

Agreed. These people are stuck in "Teendult" phrase and do not have plans to leave such stage whatsoever. It may seem funny to call them "Soyim", yet that's the perfect encapsulation. They are for the most part, narcissists (or have borderline personalities - I HATE to be a psychologist so I won't play that, I just think it is that - don't take my word for it), and want to consume "what's new" and have to "toe the line" and be "a good citizen of modernity". Interesting too is that they have an encapsulated rage that it's hard to see or understand, but it is palpable.
