This guy photoshops little girls' heads onto bodybuilders. Obviously that's funny on its own plus it's also creepy on a level beyond "hehe, funny fetish".
But he also uses stock photos and clipart to turn them into corny comics.
I don't remember how I found it, but this was the first of his pics that I found. It also displays one of his less funny (but still absurd) fetishes, high heels. Super, super high heels. You'll also notice that he decided that just having a body builder's body wasn't enough and photoshopped extra biceps on (and other things), he doesn't always do this but when he does it's usually a lot worse. He also frequently photoshops big boobs on. This is from a series called "Misty Rogers' Neighborhood".
He also likes to return to the idea of his muscle girls beating up horny males. He usually uses the word "pummeling", but I don't know if there's any significance to that. Usually the males are clearly older than her, but there are a couple were the male is also a child.
Just in case you thought that they were just full-grown women with girlish faces.
BTW, his name is LeMuscle, not LeMuscel, but he made an entire series with that banner complete with the misspelling.
