Nikolai Yezov, chief of the NKVD (one of the many Soviet secret services) from 1936 to 1938. Directed the Great Purges for Stalin, then got fired and executed together with the people he arrested.
Found some weird art where he's shipped with the guy who killed and replaced him. Ironically enough, he had gotten his post because he arrested and killed the guy who held the place before him.
